FED rules. R2 Coach has just made a mound visit so the ball is dead. The whole infield comes in for the visit, and the pitcher gives the ball to F6. Neither of the umpires are aware of this. The pitcher stands on the mound with his back foot just behind the pitcher's plate. PU cannot tell if he is on the plate or not, so he goes ahead and puts the ball in play. F6 comes in and tags R2.
