if the batter looks in to the catcherto try to look at the signs after the umpire tells him to stop whats the umpire call

Why would an umpire even want to start patrolling this?  There is nothing to call, nothing has happened that violates the rules.  The umpire has nothing to base his "stop it" on.  

Now when the same batter takes the subsequent fastball upside his head from a frustrated pitcher...we may have a violation to call.

Nothing to call - stealing signs is as old as the game

Umpire shouldn't say anything to the batter - not his place too. Not illegal

Who cares? Watch an R2 give signs to his teammate up to bat about pitches. Happens all the time.
