Thoughts on Positioning on Umpire Website

This is the banner they give us on our Provincial (yes, I'm Canadian) baseball association. I find the positioning to be a way too far back and maybe to high, but this is the picture we see when we go to the site. Thoughts? (if it doesn't show a plate umpire, just refresh until it comes up.)
