Based on the rest of his mechanics, I'd say he's not nearly far enough back.  He should be kept away from the field entirely.

Are video's like this staged? I have seen a few like these before, and I can't imagine anyone letting umpires like this work games. Oh never mind, I forgot about the LLWS....

I might call a strike like him next summer in a game that doesn't mean much.

I might characterize this as a train wreck. So to answer your question....get further back, turn your body all the way around and marrch to the parking lot so you can never get near a field of play.
