The manager seemed to be arguing about F3 being on the bag.  Too bad, he chose the wrong argument.  lol.

Those short hops can be tough because sometimes the ball hitting the dirt happens before the foot hits the bag and it gives a false audible impression of an out.  Not sure if that's what fooled Porter there, but I bet it was a factor.
