No one cares about "getting it right" (Players/coaches/fans/media), they just want it to go their way no matter how right or wrong it is.

How about that effing catcher whining about it? He KNEW it was foul.
As an F2, in the moment, I've got no problem with tagging the BR. He swung and the ball's on the deck; better to react, tag, and get the out, than to sit and think about it and miss out on the chance. Worst case, you look a little over eager. But by the time the foul call was made, you've realised what happened, and should realise that the umpires not only made the right call, but that there's no way in hell they'll overturn the new call just made. Given the reaction, I wonder how close he was to being told by an umpire that his services would not be required any further for the night? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
