Looks like he looked right at Marty before he started throwing stuff, so perhaps there was an earlier pitch in the AB that he wasn't happy with?  Either that or his thrown bat/helmet came close to hitting him.

probably .... but at the beginning of the video there's a "strike box (fx)" in the corner .... strikes were nothing even borderline, so ..... who knows with Encarnacion, ...he's definately a hot head!!

But seriously, this is where bad behavior starts and consequently escalates. SO if he's got to throw this guy out during or after his next at bat, it's his own fault.

The batter was VERY unhappy with a called strike from earlier in the AB; he turned around to argue and made hand gestures. I was surprised he was allowed to stay in the game for strike three.
