They run true to size, however I would recommend getting the EE width unless you have real narrow feet.  I got my actual size (13) in the wide width (I am a D width in normal shoes) and they are perfect.

Edit:  Mine are the 460's, never have worn the 450's.

I have the old 450s and I have a 10.5 generally (my Reebok plate shoes are 10.5) ....I went to an 11 wide on the 450's, perfect.    When I was at the Honig's sidewalk sale last Saturday I tried on the 460s just for fun, .... very comfy,....I tried on the 10.5 D and I was ok with it, but I think I could probably fit into either the 10.5 wide, or the 11 D without problem either.

Ordered from www.ccathletic.com they were so personable and helped me out figure out my size, great prices too.

I have the 460's.   I'm wide just not long. Hey now!  The site said to order a half size larger.   I'm normally a 9W so  I ordered the 9.5 2E and they fit like a dream.  Light as a feather.  Ordered from umpire-attire.com.   Arrived in 3 days.
