This was one of the most bizarre baseball videos I have ever seen. I assume the pitcher got ejected but it is not mentioned in the article or the video.

If I'm the umpire, yeah, F1's gone for the night. If I'm his coach, it would be a VERY long time before that kid took the field in a real game again... maybe never.

In Fed everyone that came out on the field or left their positions is ejected

In the video, I see the DC grabbing F1 almost immediately and yanking him to the dugout. Later, I see the DC talking with PU, and it looks like he (DC) is saying/motioning that he's taken F1 out (motioning with his thumb). Even if the coach did pull the player, I'm still ejecting him.

Coach trying to save the player from suspension.  But I imagine with the video the conference can still suspend him.

HC doesn't have an opportunity to pull him. He's gone instantly. And when I write my report, I'll be sure and give full detail on the dual sport capabilities of F1/linebacker.

I know it's div III, but how many times do you have to throw at the batter hissy-fit style before you get a warning? Also, IMO, the umpire should not have granted the batter time on the first pitch.

I don't see what the issue here is...elbows were down, the shoulder of the defensive player went directly into the chest of the offensive player, and the defensive player did not leave his feet to deliver the check.....
