Timely post, considering the recent "pointing" discussion. When I see MLB umpires doing or not doing something, I try to incorporate if not already in my mechanic set.

This is an excellent video for the right mechanic on this play..he adjust to the bad throw with a read step, then gave a strong point for the tag. Good mechanics
