Ok .... Saw this happen this past weekend right before our next game @UmpJeff ..... F1 disengages and looks as though he catches a cleat on the dirt just aft the rubber, and stumbles. No balk is called, but the DM yells "that's a balk" ..... It looked as though he didn't like the explanation, but I'm assuming it's what we saw too .....again..... he disengaged and caught a cleat on the dirt behind the rubber. Now, if he catches his cleat ON the rubber, that's a balk ...... was this called correclty? The game continued without incident as the next pitch was a base hit moving everyone up 2 bases. Not sure why I'm brainfarting on this a little, but thought this was perfect to bring up here...

R2, R3. Pitcher forgets that R1 stole 2b the previous pitch. He comes set, then all in one motion he steps back and feints to 1B where there's nobody. Legal, Illegal? Same situation, except throws it out of play. Place the runners.
