About Me

Took up umpiring in 1995 and have worked everything from LL to independent professional ball. Attended the Brinkman/Froeming Professional Umpiring School in 1996 and started umpiring in California. Live in the desert. Hotter than hell at times during the summer, but brother, it pays off when other places have snow and it is 75 degrees here and I am running around on a baseball field. I try to attend a clinic each year and pass the information onto the other guys in my high school association.
