You didn’t help yourself much here. Warn much earlier. I’m not sure of your rules set but, after you warn, have a very short leash with the coach. Anything further, I mean anything, dump him. You called the police from the field? Huh? He was dropping F bombs in his dugout in front of 8 year olds and you didn’t dump him? You created a bunch of your own problems here. You got the coaches together and explained to them they needed to control their fans? You and your partner already “ejected” 4 of them, you and your partner already were trying to control the fans. If I was the coach or coaches, I would have told you to pound sand. You started the process, it’s too late to tell the coaches to finish it. This is why you keep your head out of the stands.
