Do you use any kind of spray though for the chest protector or shins?

Hello, After a game I usually spray down my gear with febreeze. However the smell of my gear still sits around. Do you guys have a recommendation on what I can use to make my gear smelling better and my car not stinking? Thanks for your help! -Ted

Had this happen in a game this week. Girl is trying to steal home and the pitcher is in the middle of the plate waiting for the ball. Girl comes home and doesn't slide and runs into the pitcher. I called the girl out for not sliding. Coach from hitting team went nuts and said she can't slide due to the pitcher blocking the plate. Was my call correct or incorrect? Thanks
