Thanks guys for the comments. At the time I thought I did the right thing, but I started wondering later if I should have gone further (for example, simply ejected the coach for threatening the other coaches). Experience is a good teacher, but it also helps to share these experiences with others and get feedback.1 point

I want to issue a preemptive warning on this topic, only because the nature of the topic is one where many people will have an opinion and nothing that will be said here will change peoples minds when it comes to unions.
