  1. I use this one. https://hyperice.com/hypervolt
  2. Another misinformed individual. Please keep politics out of discussions. I don't post a lot but I do read a lot on here and there is no need to express your political views on here. Thank you.
  3. Yes our boy @tpatience has made a big splash this offseason, He got accepted into D2 baseball as well as the Orange Empire Conference in JC. Last year he got into other JC units as well as D3 and NAIA. Of course this might all be for not as he is, I believe, going to Pro School in January and we probably won't see him again. I did tell him to make sure he remembers us small guys. Another member who is back on the saddle again is @grayhawk Who also went the the BBUC this October and is back umpiring baseball and getting ready for the College season coming up. I couldn't be more proud of these guys and there are a bunch more that had great camps as well. Can't wait to share the field with them in the near future(If I can ever recover form Achilles Surgery).
  4. https://www.gofundme.com/stephen-wanamaker?member=452774 Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Steve and his family are going through a tough battle and can use all the help they can get. Thank you, Bill Mazurek Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Guys Steve is doing better every day. I just saw him last night. He was hoping to get out of ICU today and into the Ortho floor. If all goes well within 1-2 weeks he will be transferred to a ReHab facility. And that is when the real work begins. He has function and is able to move his left toes. He has feeling in the right side but can’t move anything yet. The right side was the first to go when this all happened, so the doctors said it will be the last to come back. They are hoping for him to be able to move his right side in the next day or two. For those of you who don’t know, Steve is one of my best umpire friends. We developed a very close bond when we were trying to get into College baseball and have had a similar goal set ever since then. I probably talk to him about baseball at least once a day for the last 3 years. I will tell you one of the first things he asked his doctor is will he ever get back to umpiring. There is a chance, about 30%, that he won’t walk again. I told him, the hell with that. If I have to drive to your house every day, we are going to focus all of our energy on that 70%. I felt like crap after it happened. It was my game he stopped by to watch for a little bit before he was off to his networking meeting. Please keep praying. Post words of encouragement on his Facebook page. Text him if you have his number. He might not respond, his wife is monitoring his phone and is doing the best to keep everyone informed. I will keep popping on and posting updates as we go through this journey with our Brother. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. First I would never allow the pitcher to stay in the set position with my hand up. And I always ask the batter if he is ready. This is at every level from 7 year old Pinto to College. When the batter acknowledges that he is ready, I give him another beat to turn around and then I drop my hand. If I feel the pitcher quick pitched, I call no pitch and then I talk loudly to the pitcher, so both dugouts here me, to wait until the batter is ready. That usually takes care of the problem. 9. My first game is Friday as well. But my drive is about 30 Miles. It should take me about 30 minutes to get to the game and 3 hours to get home.[emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yeah I worked a lot of Freeman last year. It paid off this year though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
