Question

Due up for the opposing team is B5, B6, and B7.
First batter comes to the plate is B6, pitch to him and grounds out. Next batter comes to the plate is B5, he is hit by the first pitch.
How many outs are there? Who comes to the plate next? Who are the runners on the base, if any?

The pitch to B5 "legitimized" B6's at-bat. B7 *should have been* the next batter, but that's only going to matter if the defense appeals. So far, the defense hasn't appeals, so only B6 is
