Stretching Routines

Does anyone have good static and dynamic stretching routines that they could post? Diagrams would be helpful too.

I don't have any specific stretches to post, but I've found attending hot yoga classes really work well for opening up the muscles used from umpiring. 

When I'm on the road in the summer I try to find classes in whatever city I'm in to help recover my muscles.

Minor League Baseball actually has a stretching matrix they developed. They taught it to us when I was at pro school. It's a program specifically designed for umpires. I use parts of it everytime I umpire or play softball and I really believe in it. It's helped me with flexibility, movement, and recovery. I can't stress enough the importance of stretching before any exercise. Any type of stretching is beneficial.
