Is it just me, or is this a textbook example of "looking up the guy's a**"?

My first reaction to seeing this was "PU needs to go 2 more steps, get even with the base, then take a power step to his left as the ball arrives to stay in the wedge and get a better look."

And here come the "He's a MLB umpire - who-the-hell-are-you-to-critique-him" comments..... lol
