Last time I tried to upload a gif it was under the limit but I got an error, so that's why I asked.

I believe that's from the NLCS when LA and Stl had a guy on each team doing the "stand off" after the Anthem. Gibby was saying, "Can we get in the dugout and start the %$#$% game?"

I've never needed to create one.  The ones I've needed, I've always been able to find somewhere on the web.

You can make them in photoshop but it's labor-intensive and confusing. There's hundreds of sites but imgflip is the best one I've found so far.
