  1. @DerekGDS Hey Derek, just wanted to let you know, I had a partner this past Saturday that was wearing a black with grey panel shirt from you guys, and I was very impressed by the quality. Looks like you are doing great work!
  2. Love some of the blue shades, and the weathered metal.
  3. @DerekGDSI think it’s a great design. I agree with what people are saying: you can go from the field to the golf course or out to dinner in it if you had to. Much more understated and subtle than previous designs.
  4. I like the look of the latest MLB shirts. The contrast under the collar and in the button area are great. I think it would work very well if you were to use that template, but use some different graphics in those areas. (Camo, pink, stars & stripes, etc) The issue with some of those types of shirts that others are putting out is that it’s too much of those things, and they end up looking too gaudy. But just a splash in those 2 areas would be great, along with a more breathable and flexible material than what Smitty is using.
  5. Can’t wait to get mine back!
  6. Okay, I have worn this belt for 2 sevens and a nine. I can’t say if it does anything for my back because I don’t have any back issues. I will say that I really like the flex properties in it, without compromising the ability to hold 2 UL bags with a minimum of 4 balls in each. Tool a minute to get past it not being leather, but that didn’t take long at all. I feel great wearing it, and feel great coming off the field. The changes I would make would be to upgrade the buckle to look more like the Japanese buckle look, and add the sheath behind it like their regular baseball belts. overall I give it a Recommend rating. Thanks for the suggestion @Chris Hickman
  7. With all the 1099’s we are getting these days, I need the write off. Better to put it into gear than giving it to the IRS. 🤣
  8. They have a couple items at pretty decent prices. The Wilson titanium frame is on sale for $179.99 and they have the black Wilson aluminum frame for $69.99. Both are frame only but great prices for both.
  9. @Thunderheads Lock it up!
  10. One is still in the package. The other was used one time. Selling the pair for $60, including shipping.
  11. Attaboy! You need to change your name now to "BigBaller" 💪
  12. We’ll, I would say it was the Nike Ti, but not so much anymore.
  13. @Cavalier1948 If you are looking for people to help crowd fund it through a pre-order agreement, let us know! I would love to try one in my Power.
  14. Yeah I have nothing. Riddell did mine, but won’t do any others. Is @Razzer still working on replacement options?

    Game Fees

Appreciate the replies. I probably should have stated on my post, I’m not part of the negotiations, I was just curious what other areas were paying as the base rate without mileage for a varsity HS game. From what I have heard here and there, the $75 rate we are currently getting is below the national average, so I figured I could hear it from the horse’s mouth.

    Game Fees

Hey everyone, have a question for you all. My local HS association is beginning negotiations for a new contract. Just curious what other states are paying for Varsity games? Just the fee, not including mileage. I’m on Idaho, and we are getting $75 plus mileage, which I suspect is below the national average. If you all wouldn’t mind sharing your state and what you are getting, that would be very helpful. TIA!
  18. I just picked up the Champro from Epic Sports for $112.00. Other retailers are selling it for $179.00 or there abouts. I'm very impressed with it, especially with the venting for the shoe pockets, and definitely at that price.
  19. Not the same fabric as the V1. It's hard to describe what they actually used. It's unlike anything I've seen they, or anyone else use. It's very different looking and feeling. Bottom line, is it doesn't flex very well at all.
  20. The encouraging thing about this company though, is that they do seem to be interested in our feedback. Case in point: the wretched MLB V1 shirts as opposed to V2. I have always been a Majestic guy, and the Smitty MLB V2's were every bit as good as the Majestics, IMO. Hopefully these reviews will make it back to them soon, and they can look at a fabric revision at least, then start cranking them out.
  21. I would add, since we can dream, is to also be able to order shirts with pockets, and without.
  22. The fabric doesn’t have much give at all. I’ll find out when I work a game in one, but it doesn’t feel very breathable either. Also, I now see why a lot the mlb guys leave the black one unbuttoned. So far, unimpressed.
  23. Picked up a pair of these this summer and like them a lot:
