Pitcher taking signs from dugout

With bases empty or occupied, F1 is standing on the mound peering over towards his dugout as the umpire notices the coach flashing him signs. After 4 or 5 seconds have elapsed, F1 engages the rubber, stares towards home plate for a second or two and begins his windup or stretch. Anyone take issue with this and if so, why. Please give me something more than NF Rule 6-1-1 as support if you aren't going to allow this.

IGNORE this topic. I had forgotten that it was beat to death a few years ago. Clearly then it was the consensus that there was no violation in the situation as I described.

You can't prove the sign is to the pitcher. This would border on over officiating territory. I would leave this alone.
