  1. I ment under my umpire shirt not visable Im not that dumb
  2. I like to wear suspenders normally to keep my pants up, for me a belt doesn't work, is there anything wrong with wearing them when I umpire? I constantly am having to pull'em up on the field, am I the only umpire to do this?
  3. Still want TW's but they dont make them for HSM wearers
  4. What is so special about nike masks? Are they really that protective?
  5. I did edited it in above, it says PLAYERS, not TEAM PERSONNEL
  6. 3.09 Players in uniform shall not address or mingle with spectators, nor sit in the standsbefore, during, or after a game. And the loophole is . . . .What loophole? You say you have been umpiring for 3 years ? Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkYes but that doesn't mean I know everything, there is a reason I am here, to learn so I can be s better umpire

  8. smfhI dont intend to kill innocent trees Seems contradictory.I kill less when i print as i decrease the font size and cut it down more than the book does
  9. 3 years, why do you ask? Most coaches don't want to learn the rules. Don't get sarcastic with them, as that invites trouble. Explain the rule and move on. It doesn't matter what happened last game, just what is happening in your game.ok i never said anything about acting sarcastic
  10. 3.09 Players in uniform shall not address or mingle with spectators, nor sit in the standsbefore, during, or after a game. Really? Well time to read the book again, there goes a few days of my summer vacationIt's a never-ending task. You don't just read it. You STUDY it. When you finish reading it, start over. You should NEED a new book every season. Not just because of rules changes, but because youve made so many notes and the cover is worn off.I never will need a new one, its in my kindle, and is printablesmfhI dont intend to kill innocent trees

  13. We had a 10 year old in our league who at umpire orientation we were warned that he would flip you off if you called him out for throwing his bat(a league rule we had to rigorously enforce) where he learned this we never found out, but it happened every time, i never umped his team but i heard he had a long ejection record because every time he flipped an ump off he got tossed
  14. I say NO all the time "no i dont want to watch lifetime" "no i dont want a (bleeping) salad" but seriously I rigorously enforce the rulebook
