What's up everybody!!! My name is Fred and I am new to this forum. I've been umping for only a couple years now. Started in mens Sunday league, I don't know how I survied that, then worked for local Pony baseball and now I work in the USSSA organization. I umpire pretty much year round here in Souther California. I look forward to hearing stories and looking for any good tips!!

Welcome. I suggest that you Read a lot at first (if you haven't been already). There is a lot of information on here. Some great, some good, some not so good and some worthless. Once you have the lay of the land figured out please contribute. Please don't be intimidated by comments from some with multiple thousand posts. Again, welcome.
