O'Nora got it right; this play is covered by OBR 3.15:
In case of unintentional interference with play by any person herein authorized to be on the playing field [such as a ball boy] ... the ball is alive and in play.

Correct call. Ball boy attempted to avoid being hit. He did nothing intentional (we hope 
).
