I used to be a really good Baseball Player until my eyes started going bad. So I became an Umpire!

Funny thing today, doing a HS Showcase as PU, College coach is pseudo BU, in C position. Whadda ya know, line drive right at him just like Randazzo, gets hit and goes down...
All the other coaches are howling...funny, nobody said "gee you guys have to be careful out there don't you?" or anything like that...

Glad he is OK, however, in some games this would cause an ejection either from the manager who possibly had an out or maybe even a double play taken away, or the manager who just put on a hit and run, and now the runner can only get 2nd rather than be standing up on 3rd if the ball had gone through.
