My daughter was unhappy so I sued?

It sooooooo unfair that I couldn't make the date I was given. :smachhead:  :kissass: :big_no :crybaby2: :Horse: Seems like the District tried to be accommodating.

Seems like playing in another game was more important than the Championship game.

I used to be a really good Baseball Player until my eyes started going bad. So I became an Umpire!

2013 Game Count:

Travel Ball: 63

High School: 50

Canceled HS Games: 5

River City Umpires Association - Webmaster
First Coast Umpires Association - Webmaster
Umps 4 Hire - Webmaster

Bravo to the court for not indulging them.

I hope the third place team makes it all the way.

Their attorney was correct, no rules were broken. The game was scheduled, neither team could field a team so it was a double forfeit. What wasn't clear was did neither have enough to play, or not the right ones to play.

Why didn't they sue the parents who took the girls out of town and who couldn't play that caused the teams to forfeit.
Hmmmmm....

2013 Game Count 181 scheduled up to 204. 8 Rainouts, 6 Cancellation

Because it was probably the coach's daughter that couldn't make it.
