We're Back!

With completely new software which will give you a better user experience. Please play around in the site and test out some of the new features. Shortly I will be making video tutorials to help explain how get the most out of the site.

We are proud to announce we have partnered with three great organizations who will further enhance your user experience. Ump-Attire.com, The Wendelstedt School & Mid-American Umpire Clinic. This partnership creates a stronger community with greater resources and an access to information important to you.

We're currently running an introductory special you can save $5 off your subscription for the first year by entering coupon code "intro" at check out. Hey Warren,
I signed up for premium membership, but, I forgot to write intro in the coupon code area. Anything we can do here?

It's going to take some time to get used to it, but I'm liking the new layout.

That may be, but I know someone who has a much better site.

I was thinking maybe there could be a section on the forums about pro school? Both Jimmy's and Harry's schools could have their own section. Possibly graduates of a school can have some sort of badge on their profile info, that way prospective students would know who to talk to about pro schools? Just a thought.

Love what you've done with the place, Warren.

If memory serves correctly, Warren only advertises Harry and its affiliates.

I believe Harry is a paid partner, Warren can correct me if I am wrong, plus he got snubbed pretty hard by Jim's people when he started U-E. While I like many of Jim's publications, I don't like his business model.

We are virtual partners, but partners more in the sense of working together to reach out and provide top notch services to the umpiring community.

Yes, The Wendelstedt School and their affiliated camps/clinics are exclusive as is Ump-Attire.com on the equipment side.

I/we have several other things in the works which I think you will enjoy so stay tuned.

Where is the RSS feed link for the forums?

The old site URL was here, but it does not work any more, understandably.

http://www.umpire-em...l.php?type=RSS2

I see the RSS links for content (articles, etc.) , but no link for Forums feed.

Thanks!

Hey Warren,
I'm enjoying the new website and am so glad you were ahead of the plan. I don't know if I could have waited another 11 days.

I do have a question/problem:

When I click the "first unread" button from the new content list, I don't always get the first unread. Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

Also, when I open an existing topic, there used to be a button for going to the first unread. Now I have to go there manually.

Thanks.
