In the fourth TCU batter hits a pop-up on the first base line. The catcher wanders out but doesn't really make an attempt at the ball. The batter hits hi on the way by. F3 comes down the line in foul, crosses into fair and makes the catch. The runner goes by him just after he crosses but no contact. The PU was all over it coming up has the fair/foul, catch/no catch. What would have been interesting had the F3 missed the ball, did the PU have the obstruction?
