I have been umpiring for about 5 yrs. I call Cal Ripkin, Babe Ruth and some adult league baseball. I look forward to talking with fellow umpires on this site.

As a man who spent most of his childhood in North Carolina (Forest City, halfway between Charlotte and Asheville), I'll agree with your description of NC.
