I must have got lucky, I ordered a size 11 magistrate and got them in 3 days. I didn't realize they were sold out already.

I'd take the Wilson charcoal over the davishield in a heartbeat. Can't beat the the Wilson hardshells. I have no experience with the davishield,but based on what I've read and heard,i'd go with the Wilson charcoal! That's a good price as well!

i use the charcol up through high school and LOVE it - absolutely no compliants and thats a good price...i paid $40 used

The Davishield is a good softball protector. I wouldn't use it on a baseball field at anything more that 50mph.

I have actually seen this protector.....take Kyles advice and skip the davis shield if you do anything over softball or kid rec ball......Im not trying to put down the product, but ive taken too many shots from youth to adult ball to settle or reccommned anything less than a hardshell.......I wear the Plat....
